Red Titans, a tribute to the golden age of arcades, launches July 9 on PS5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox

Team Black Hat Robot and Dojo System announce that Red Titans, an arcade action shoot ’em up that pays tribute to the golden age of 80s and 90s arcade machines, will launch on July 9 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Xbox, priced at €6.99. The game is already available for pre-order, with a 15% discount on Switch and Xbox until July 8.

The skies are burning and the fleets have fallen: only one pilot remains, ready to fight the final battle of a war the world believed was already lost. Red Titans puts players in control of the deadliest ship ever built in an intense single-player experience designed to test reflexes, precision and nerves of steel, where every shot matters and every dodge can mean the difference between glory and silence.

The game offers two different ways to enter the battlefield.

In Classic Mode, players upgrade their firepower with power-ups, unleash devastating bombs and fight through six enemy-filled stages ending in challenging area bosses. If they fall, they can continue the mission - but at the cost of their score.

In Survival Mode, the tension reaches another level: across four stages, a scalable upgrade system rewards aggressive play - the more enemies you destroy, the stronger you become - but there are no second chances. One mistake, and the run is over.

Red Titans is the latest title from Team Black Hat Robot, the studio behind Space Dragons, released on June 18. Featuring a visual and audio style inspired by classic arcade halls and fast-paced modern mechanics, the game aims to win over both veteran retro fans and a new generation of players.
