Parkour Labs arrives on consoles and VR on March 12, 2026

Spanish publisher Dojo System today announced the multiplatform launch of Parkour Labs, the first-person parkour game created by indie developer SoyKhaler, which has quietly built a loyal following on PC thanks to its precise movement system and distinctive synthwave aesthetic.

On March 12, 2026, the game will release simultaneously on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch, alongside virtual reality support on Meta Quest and PlayStation VR2.

To mark the console launch, Parkour Labs will also receive a major free update on Steam, introducing new environments and VR support, making this the most complete version of the game so far.

It’s not about running. It’s about mastering movement.
Unlike many parkour or platform games, Parkour Labs isn’t built around speed - it’s built around precision.

Each level works like a movement laboratory where players learn to control jumps, angles and momentum across increasingly demanding challenges.

There are no intrusive tutorials or complicated progression systems. The design philosophy is simple: players improve because they learn to move better.

The approach takes inspiration from classics of the genre and from the culture of surf maps in Counter-Strike, where mastery comes entirely from practice and skill.

“I wanted to create a game where improvement feels real,” says SoyKhaler, the developer behind the project. “You don’t unlock abilities. You simply get better at playing.”

Vaporwave aesthetics meets parkour
One of the most striking aspects of the game is its visual identity.

Parkour Labs blends first-person parkour with a vaporwave aesthetic, featuring surreal environments and visual references inspired by digital culture from the late 80s and early 90s.

The result is a minimalistic but hypnotic world where each jump feels like part of a carefully choreographed sequence.

This combination of fluid movement, escalating difficulty and retro-inspired visuals has made the game particularly appealing for content creators and streamers, where both failed attempts and perfect runs can quickly become shareable moments.

From keyboard to consoles (and now inside the game)

The March 12 launch represents a new chapter for the project.

Optimized for PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch, the game includes full controller support and platform-specific adjustments.

But the biggest transformation comes with virtual reality.

On Meta Quest and PSVR2, parkour stops being something you watch… and starts becoming something you feel.

“Parkour is physical movement,” explains the developer. “When you play in VR, your body intuitively understands what’s happening.”
