The Game Music Foundation is pleased to confirm details of its two Fairfield Halls Game Music Festival shows next June 2026. Tickets for The Colors of Harmony: Hitoshi Sakimoto 40th Anniversary Celebration featuring the music of Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy XII etc, and The Art of Game Music: Live with Troy Baker & Austin Wintory, in which the famous pair will compose a new piece of music for a hypothetical game live, are available now from gamemusic.net.

The Game Music Foundation is pleased to announce its popular Game Music Festival event, (usually held in Warsaw, Poland) is coming to London this March. GMF London is set to feature a big-band ensemble playing the jazz age soundtrack of legendary run-and-gun title, Cuphead, followed by a symphonic concert featuring music from Ori and the Will of the Wisps, as well as Ori and the Blind Forest - all performed live at London’s Royal Festival Hall!

Details of the very first GMF High Score Competition have been announced by the Game Music Foundation. As an integral part of the Game Music Festival, which will be streamed online for free, this competition aims to support the development of talented artists who want to pursue a career in video game music. The submitted pieces of music will be judged by a jury of world-class composers.
