Saint Seiya Awakening: KotZ, the hero collection strategy RPG developed by YOOZOO games and based on the renowned anime series, is getting a new playable Saint, a time-limited dungeon and a unique Galactic Redemption skin created by one of the Saint Seiya Awakening players! You will find the details below; in case this is of interest:

  • From January 27th to February 3rd, a new Saint - Virgo Shijima will be available as a limited Summon. Virgo Shijima is the Man Who is Almost a God and is rumoured to be one of the most righteous men among Athena´s Saints. You can find the trailer here.

  • During the event, players can experience Virgo Shijima´s story through a unique Shijima Dungeon and try the new hero in Shijima´s Training, allowing them to experience the character's backstory and abilities.

  • From January 27th, Gold Saint Aries Mu’s story will be added to the Saint Legend quests. Players can review Mu’s stories and get rewards from this challenging PvE mode. The update will also bring back the PvP Melee Poseidon's Temple as well as Branches, a brand new Cosmo to acquire.

  • During the week, the game will also offer limited Winter Sale packages at 85-95% discounts, featuring rare items including advanced gems, SS skill volume vouchers and skill tomes.

  • Additionally, a new Saint skin that was created by one of the Saint Seiya Awakening players is being added to the game! The Galactic Redemption skin of Gemini Kanon, created by the Brazilian player Palantiriel from Mensa-54 server, will be available to all players for free upon logging into the game between January 27th and February 3rd. Check out the skin below!

  • Palantriel, the Saint Seiya Awakening player who designed the above in-game skin, had this to say about the contest: “I have been a fan of Saint Seiya since I was a little kid, when I saw there was a phone game available, I knew I had to get it! I decided to participate because it looked like a fun challenge, like an art prompt. I learned quite a few things, but most of all, that you should never underestimate the importance of saving your work in multiple places. My laptop broke the day of the deadline to sign up, and if I hadn’t shared the file with a friend online, I wouldn’t have been able to participate at all! I also made new friends along the way and met wonderful artists as we shared our entries with the online community! It was a tough competition, and I am very honoured and humbled to have competed with such incredible artists in the final, with absolutely beautiful works, as well as the other participants!”
