Skystone Games and Vanimals are excited to announce that Undying will be launching for Steam Early Access on October 19th. The popular zombie survival game will share its deep story with players this month as Anling and Cody fight their way through the apocalypse in a race against time.
Skystone Games’ story-driven survival RPG Undying will be featured on the Steam’s Winter Game Festival beginning February 3rd through 9th. Vanimals’ heartfelt horror tale takes players into the zombie apocalypse as Anling, a mother trying to teach her son how to survive before she joins the ranks of the undead. The game mixes unique RPG elements with tense combat and a skill system that helps Cody become more self-reliant as they navigate the apocalypse. Undying joins the Steam Winter Festival with a brand new demo, and tons of community-driven content all week long.
Undying, Vanimals’ unique heartfelt take on the zombie apocalypse, will be hosting a special livestream event during the upcoming Steam Autumn Festival on October 10th at 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT / 12am UTC. During the stream, Vanimals developers will be creating the handheld game Anling’s son Cody loves, and showing off how Unity’s engine and development tools make something like this possible in a short timeframe.
Skystone Games, the new development and publishing studio formed by industry icons David Brevik and Bill Wang, is joining the Steam Summer Game Festival with Undying, Vanimals’ unique take on the zombie apocalypse. As part of the Steam Summer Game Festival, Undying will be showcasing a playable demo from June 16th until June 22nd to give players a taste of what’s to come when the game launches in 2021.
