Traveller RPG - The Singularity Campaign Unlocks a Galaxy of New Content

Some tabletop roleplaying games are recognised not just for their rules and setting, but also for iconic campaigns that have become storytelling milestones. With The Singularity Campaign for the amazing Traveller tabletop roleplaying game, UK-based Mongoose Publishing has just unleashed a three-part series of interlinked adventures that might just enter the top-tier list of most significant SF tabletop roleplaying game campaigns in history.

After the Kickstarter efforts driving The Singularity Campaign already shattered its initial funding goal in just over half an hour, it seemed a sure thing that it would reach its first few stretch goals in rapid pace.

Certainly, a stunning series of stretch goals that expand the core experience into something even more immersive, cinematic, and unforgettable has been unlocked, expanding the campaign in a number of important ways.

From advanced starships to secretive knightly orders, corporate conspiracies, alternative story angles, skewed perspectives, and new tie-in adventures, Traveller: The Singularity Campaign transcends typical TTRPG adventures to form a fully-fledged narrative event.

With the floodgates open, backers have now unlocked all of the following stretch goals:

  • The Peregrine:

    • A next-gen starship that with automated key systems and an advanced computer that can directly link with the characters’ minds.

  • Anther: Nexus of the Sylean Main

    • deep-dive into the beating heart of the Core’s economic powerhouse.

  • Embodiment Guide

    • Next-level transhumanism with embodiments, androids, chimeras, super clones, and more.

  • Knightly Orders of the Core

    • More on the communities knighted Travellers can belong to. These knightly orders bestow remarkable perks, but also include heavy responsibilities, such as having to answer any call by knightly ‘sisters’ or ‘brothers’.

  • Bonuses for Creatives (Unlocked Twice!)

    • Thanks to this stretch goal, Mongoose Publishing is able to give the talented freelancers - writers, artists, and visionaries - who breathe life into the Traveller universe a much-deserved bonus.

  • Achenaar-Antilles

    • More on the razor-sharp business practices and internal politics of the Core’s largest and most feared megacorporation. The Travellers are almost sure to host Achenaar-Antilles officers - and, more insidiously, corporate agents posing as regular passengers - on their starship, willing to further their corporation’s goals by any means necessary.

  • The Counter Campaign

    • This stretch goal allows Referees to flip the script, pitching the Travellers against the rise of conscious intelligences instead of on their sides in a campaign that challenges the players to question everything.

  • Lost Adventure Act One: The Annililik Affair

    • The launch of the Annililik Run turns into a chance for subterfuge, sabotage, and/or staggering profit.

  • Lost Adventure Act Two: The Forgotten Ones

    • A consciousness transfer mission buried by time - or maybe by design. Rediscover what no one was meant to remember.

A Campaign That Pushes Traveller Forward
Already being hailed as the most ambitious Traveller campaign since the game’s 1977 inception, The Singularity Campaign takes players across the Third Imperium in a multi-layered saga of high-stakes diplomacy, ancient alien intelligences, transhumanism, and philosophical dilemma. It fuses the pulse-pounding action of starship chases with deep moral quandaries about identity, memory, and what it means to be human in a galaxy where minds can live forever. Whether it is unravelling mysteries in Imperial archives, traversing ancient ruins, or diving headlong into the digital singularity, The Singularity Campaign is built to challenge and thrill veterans and newcomers alike.

Calling All Content Creators
With so much momentum, Traveller fans across the globe are being asked to join the mission - and that includes reviewers, vloggers, bloggers, journalists, streamers, podcasters, and content creators.

Mongoose Publishing is opening the hangar doors wide for those looking to cover the campaign, interview its creators, or dive deep into this next major evolution in one of tabletop’s best-known original sci-fi universes.
