Open Wheel Manager 2 puts you in pole position as you take control of every facet of your racing team's operations. It’s a deep simulation that will test your knowledge and management skills in the exciting, and unforgiving, world of Open Wheel Racing.
Open Wheel Manager 2 puts the player in control of one of the 12 playable teams and lets him choose the challenge: climb the table from the bottom or maintain the lead of a big-budget team.
To do this players will manage resources to improve facilities, sign sponsors, hire managers, improve car parts, and deal with suppliers. Then they will be able to watch races in 3D (or 2D if they prefer) while devising race strategies and reacting to weather changes.
The game focuses on old-school racing management mechanics(be it about your car or your personnel). If an overtake occurs during the race, you can be 100% sure that it took place due to the parameters of the driver and the car. No other factors outside of your control were involved in this and AI teamsmanage the same variable as the players, no hidden factors at play..
