Ex-Halo and Destiny Devs to Reveal New Game at Galaxies Showcase on April 17th!

The inaugural Galaxies games showcase is set to launch this Spring, bringing together an unmissable lineup of titles from renowned publishers, studios and rising stars in indie development. Today, Galaxies is pleased to announce the first wave of partners for the curated event created to help players find their next favourite game..

Viewers can tune in exclusively on Twitch, on April 17th at 8pm GMT/ 9pm CEST / 12pm PST / 3pm EST to discover new games, exclusive reveals, and surprise announcements in this vibrant celebration of gaming's future, hosted by Jane Douglas.

Fans of video games can expect to see brand new looks at titles from over 40 participating partners. Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (KONAMI) and Sweden-based Studio Far Out Games will showcase new gameplay of their upcoming chaotic courier adventure Deliver at All Costs, demonstrating just how much destruction players will be able to cause as they aim to deliver no matter what.

The event will also feature substantial publisher showcases from Team 17 and Kepler Interactive. Team 17 will share a new gameplay trailer from Wraith Ops, the upcoming fast-paced FPS title in partnership with Grassrootz studio, alongside gameplay from Piraknights’ God-mode management simulation Sintopia, and offer an exciting announcement for Nice Day for Fishing, from FusionPlay and the creators of Epic NPC Man.

Kepler Interactive will share new gameplay from their innovative turn-based RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 which launches on April 24th, alongside a launch trailer for the publisher’s upcoming puzzle platformer Bionic Bay.

Also attending the showcase are ‘Dead Cells’ developer Motion Twin, who will be showcasing a brand new playable biome coming to their action roguelite Windblown (currently in Early Access). The Veewo Games development team, on the other hand, will reveal details of their next multiplayer playtest and how to sign up for their highly anticipated sequel Neon Abyss 2.

Saber Interactive, the team behind the global hit Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, will be revealing a fresh new look at gameplay from developer Twirlbound's upcoming picturesque action adventure The Knightling, as well as celebrating the imminent release date of 3D Realms and Slipgate Ironworks' post-nuclear war RTS Tempest Rising with a launch trailer showcasing gameplay inspired by the 90s and 2000s RTS classics.

The cyberpunk gun fu game SPINE published by Nekki will also be making an appearance, showcasing free-flow combat and delivering high octane action via a fresh new gameplay trailer. Nekki will also reveal the new PVP parkour action game, Ninja Party, in its first-ever full gameplay trailer. Joining the Name in All Caps team at Galaxies is UNBEATABLE, an anime-juiced rhythm adventure developed by D-CELL and published by Playstack in a world where music is illegal and players do a whole lot of crimes, offering an extended look at its gameplay as well.

Galaxies will also deliver for fans of horror games, as Oro Interactive, publishers of Murky Divers and Order 13, will be revealing a brand new survival horror game by the creator of Daeomonologie, set to release in 2025. Joining the horror hype train are also Kinetic Games, the developers of Phasmophobia, the definitive horror game which recently surpassed 22 million units sold, will be giving fans a glimpse of their Easter 2025 event exclusively at the show.

Another game in the Galaxies line-up is [REDACTED], a roguelike title published by KRAFTON, Inc. in which players have to massacre monsters, race their rivals, and combat corpses of their fellow guards to escape prison. Last but definitely not least, the developers of the stress-busting PowerWash Simulator FuturLab will also be participating in the show.
