Publisher Firesquid with Developer Angry Cat Studios are pleased to announce that their tactical squad shooter USC: Counterforce will have a completely new demo available during Steam TactiCon from May 11th through May 15th, 2023. Set in an intense sci-fi atmosphere players will engage in tactical combat, face challenging encounters and more when they dive into the demo.

In partnership with indie strategy game publisher Firesquid, Angry Cat Studios have announced USC: Counterforce, an old-school tactical squad shooter. Players will have their first opportunity to fend off alien invaders for themselves at Tacticon. Inspired by XCOM, Jagged Alliance, and Aliens, the sequel to Ultimate Space Commando features procedural levels, deep tactical combat, challenging encounters, and RPG-lite game systems that offer complex character attributes, skills, and inventory management.
