Published by Skystone Games and created by the one-man dev studio Drop of Pixel, Underworld Dreams: The False King is coming to Nintendo Switch™ and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store later this spring. The False King is the first game in the forthcoming horror anthology series Underworld Dreams. Based on the works of HP Lovecraft (and Robert W. Chambers' The King in Yellow) and set in the 1980s, Underworld Dreams: The False King tells the story of a man who has tracked down his missing brother to a seemingly abandoned building that hides something much more sinister behind its decrepit walls.
Today, after debuting its trailer on the Indie Live Expo II, Skystone Games is pleased to announce that it will be publishing Underworld Dreams from Drop of Pixel. Underworld Dreams is a first-person horror experience blending adventure, combat, and investigative puzzle elements to piece together a unique psychological thriller. Based on the worlds of H.P. Lovecraft and set in the 1980s, Underworld Dreams creates an enthralling mystery narrative with gameplay that’s not for the faint of heart.
Independent video game development studio Drop of Pixel will be showing their upcoming survival horror Underworld Dreams® for the first time at Manga Barcelona (Oct 31-Nov 3).
