April für PC über Steam und den Epic Games Store sowie für PlayStation 5 und Xbox Series X|S erscheint. Das Spiel verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Fahrzeugen, mit denen eine lebendige Metropole solo oder im Online-Koop-Modus erkundet werden kann.
