Indie developer Uncommon Games has announced that the Animalkind Steam demo will receive a major update on February 23, adding online multiplayer just in time for Steam Next Fest.
Indie developer Uncommon Games has unveiled an all-new gameplay trailer for Animalkind, the cozy open-world builder where adorable pets pilot ancient mechs and build the town of their dreams. In tandem with the trailer, Uncommon Games has launched a free playable demo, now available on Steam. The demo offers a slice of what players can expect of Animalkind’s relaxing exploration, resource gathering, NPC companions, minigames, and online fun with up to 4 people when the full game launches in 2026.
Evolve PR is working with Uncommon Games on ANIMALKIND - a wholesome, open-world town-builder where you design a village filled with adorable critter friends. Harness the powers of your super-duper mech suit to fulfill your crafting needs as an adorable doggie, kitty, or raccoon hero!
