August 2013 für das Xbox 360® Videospiel- und Entertainment-System von Microsoft, das PlayStation®3 Computer Entertainment System von Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. und Windows PC.
Die 5th Freedom Edition wird zusätzlich ein 96-seitigen Splinter Cell Echoes Comic-Roman sowie eine Sam Fisher Figur enthalten.
