Ragnarok Origin invites players to its Closed Beta Test on September 23rd

Prolific MMORPG studio Gravity is inviting players back to where it all began and announcing a week-long closed beta for the upcoming Ragnarok Origin. Players can sign up now for a chance to play this mobile reimagining of the classic MMO Ragnarok Online from Thursday, September 23rd (at 4pm PST) until September 27th.

Ragnarok Origin brings the original old-school MMORPG experience to a new audience, adapting the classic world of Ragnarok Online for the mobile generation. Ragnarok Origin features detailed 3D graphics, improved combat and reworked quests. Picking from one of six highly customizable character classes, players are free to explore, fight, quest and socialize as they see fit. Explore the wilds, visit massive cities and immerse yourself in a nostalgic yet fresh fantasy world.

Whether playing solo (alongside recruitable NPC mercenaries), with a party of friends or an entire adventuring guild, Ragnarok Origin offers a truly classic MMORPG experience, full of freedom, danger and endless possibilities. Pre-registration is available now for Ragnarok Origin, with every pre-registering player receiving a bundle of bonus starting items, with additional rewards available as more players prepare to set forth on this new and magical adventure.
