Wuthering Waves Version 3.1 Launches With Major Quality-of-Life Updates and New Resonator Aemeath
Today, Kuro Games launched the Version 3.1 update for its award-winning action RPG Wuthering Waves, placing a strong emphasis on gameplay improvements and quality-of-life updates, as the episodic story continues. Players can also meet the digital ghost Aemeath, a new Resonator whose unique Resonance Ability allows her to summon a mech and merge with it, introducing a visually distinct combat style in Version 3.1.
Set in a new snow-covered region known as Roya Frostlands - Frostlands Surface, Version 3.1 pushes the narrative forward as players uncover new story developments tied to Resonance and advanced Exostrider technology.

Players can look forward to the following quality-of-life improvements:
Faster, easier leveling, with new batch tools for upgrading Echoes and improved ways to work toward specific Echo sets
Simplified material farming, with direct map tracking to enemies that drop needed upgrade materials
Major upgrades to the Expedition Motorbike, including:
The new Glacier Track ability, enabling traversal across open water
Improved navigation with enhanced autopilot and fast travel to nearby beacons
Better mobile controls, including an optional joystick control scheme and smoother camera adjustments while riding

New Resonator Coming to the First Half of Version 3.1: Aemeath

Version 3.1 also introduces Aemeath, a new Fusion-attribute Resonator from the Startorch Academy. Her Resonance Ability allows her to summon a mech and merge with it mid-combat, shifting her playstyle into a high-impact, mechanically driven combat form.
She is accompanied by her five-star sword, Everbright Polestar, which complements her mech-based abilities and supports her combat-focused playstyle.
