Vikingard’s First Halloween Event Is Bringing Exclusive Pumpkingard Gear To The Game!

NetEase Games, the online games division of NetEase, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTES, HKEX: 9999) is proud to announce that Vikingard will be hosting its first Halloween event, with players able to unlock exclusive loot by taking part in special challenges. The world of Vikingard will be overtaken by the spirit (or rather, spirits) of the season, as the Fharun Tribe experiences its first ever Halloween!

Vikingard is a casual simulation RPG for mobile devices, which is set in the age of the Vikings. In Vikingard, the player takes on the role of the heir of the Fharun Tribe, and they lead their kin to new lands in search of glory. Reclaim lands, grow crops, preside over trials, and battle in true Viking style. With fully developed characters, gripping storylines, gorgeous visuals, and dynamic gameplay that is exciting and able to be enjoyed casually, Vikingard is a game no true Norseman should miss!

The Vikingard Halloween event will begin in late October and will run throughout November. During the event, players can grow their own pumpkins by taking part in events, including daily sign-ins, completing candy box puzzles, and braving the Tower of Specters. This will lead to the great pumpkin carnival in the Mead Hall, with Halloween-exclusive decorations adoring the scenery, and brave chiefs in attendance, waiting to challenge all comers.

During the Halloween event, players can join in on Trick or Treat games with their friends in the Banquet Hall, in order to gather lots of candies. Those who are seeking the thrill of battle can venture into the new Tower of Specters dungeon with their friends, in order to defeat supernatural foes and win Halloween-exclusive items. The Halloween gear in Vikingard includes special Magical Pumpkin pets that can join the tribe and fight alongside the player, the mighty Pumpkin Knight character skin with its burning helm, and unique pumpkin emojis that can be used in chat. There is a lot of fun to be had in Vikingard this Halloween, as Norse warriors and maidens mingle beneath the orange glow of the pumpkins and feast on the spookiest of treats.
