The newest roadmap for the House Flipper Franchise is out now!
The final roadmap leading to the biggest House Flipper 2 DLC - the Pets DLC - is now out and reveals all the HF2 content coming till the end of this year.
The DLC will be available in Q4 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and players can already add House Flipper 2 - Pets DLC to their Steam wishlist.
This DLC was one of the most crucial and popular additions to the original House Flipper, and thus the most-awaited content addition for House Flipper 2! It is the final and largest part of the Q3/Q4 roadmap - players should expect it to arrive at the very end of the year.
The developers promised multiple devlogs leading to this grand release, so the community will be able to stay tuned about the progress.
On top of that, the devs invite everyone to Cologne to visit the House Flipper 2 booth at Gamescom 2026, where the fans will have a chance to play the official House Flipper 2 - Pets DLC Demo!
What is more, the roadmap also reveals a free update expanding the modding potential for the game. For now, the devs are working on allowing custom materials like wallpapers, furniture patterns, as well as wood, metal, and brick types.
The Nintendo Switch 2 release for House Flipper 2 was also mentioned as something that’s coming “later this year”, and surprisingly, will automatically include the latest Sakura DLC.
Last but not least, a series of House Flipper Franchise promotions just kicked off on Steam, with discounts for the recent Sakura DLC for HF2, as well as all the other franchise titles.
