The Mission Is a Go - Unseen Diplomacy 2 Out Today
Independent developer Triangular Pixels is happy to announce that Unseen Diplomacy 2, called “the best spy game I’ve played since GoldenEye 007” by Android Central, is leaving Early Access and will be out today on Meta Quest and Steam VR. The game is available for $18.99 / €17.99 / £15.99 and for the next 14 days players can use the “MISSIONGO-80D364” code on the Meta store to get a 20% discount. The studio has confirmed that development won’t be stopping here, with further smaller updates still planned.
Since entering Early Access in September 2025, the developers have worked closely with the community, taking their feedback to make Unseen Diplomacy 2 more accessible, intuitive and fun, as well as adding a whole slew of new content and features. This resulted in four major updates, with the biggest one being planned for the full launch to round out the experience.
The 1.0 update released today includes Quest 2 support on the Meta Horizon Store, more rooms, a new climax mission and additional climax areas, expanding the game’s intense moments, alongside adding the ability to buy health and inventory upgrades for extra flexibility when planning missions. The update also introduces achievements and includes various bug fixes and polish, delivering a more refined and satisfying spy adventure.
“Making Unseen Diplomacy 2 alongside our community during Early Access has been one of the most rewarding parts,” said Katie Goode, Creative Director at Triangular Pixels. “Their feedback shaped a lot of what the game has become and we’re very proud of where it landed. Hitting 1.0 is a big moment for the team and we can’t wait to see what old and new players make of it and where it can go next!”
