Ova Magica Brings Blobs and Farm Adventures to Consoles on November 10
Top Hat Studios, Inc. and developer Skinny Frog are bringing Ova Magica to consoles next week after a surprise reveal earlier this week. Following its reveal during the Top Hat Studios Fall Showcase this past Monday, the farming and creature-collecting adventure will have its long awaited console launch on November 10, 2026, for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
The new trailer offers a look at life in Clover Town, from tending crops and meeting the locals to breeding blob companions and exploring magical worlds. With adorable blob creatures by your side, you’ll farm, make new friends, and explore uncharted lands. Will you find love, or become the greatest blob trainer? Your story is yours to shape!
In Ova Magica, players start a new life on an overgrown farm in the peaceful countryside. Blending traditional farm/social sim elements with creature-collecting JRPG gameplay, the game lets players raise and breed adorable blobs that can lend a hand around the farm, join them on expeditions, and battle alongside them.
Beyond the farm, Clover Town is home to a colorful cast of characters, each with their own stories to discover. Players can build friendships, find romance, and take part in seasonal festivals as the town changes throughout the year. Those looking for adventure can also venture into uncharted, procedurally generated worlds in search of new blobs, hidden treasures, and rare rewards.
Ova Magica arrives on consoles on November 10, following its full release on Steam earlier in the year on May 28, 2026.
