Neolithic Dawn Gets Maternal in the “Baby” Update
VR survival adventure [Nbeolithic Dawn] has taken many leaps and bounds during Early Access on Meta Quest and Steam. Today sees another giant step forward with the launch of its second major update, collectively called the “Baby” update.
Adding a plethora of new features based on player feedback, the Neolithic team has overhauled the tutorial for new players. Not only does the new tutorial make it quick and easy to understand the basics of Neolithic Dawn, but now you have a baby to protect, and that baby is you! Neolithic Dawn takes a further step back in time, allowing players to experience their origin as their original ancestor, navigating a treacherous Ice Cave, baby in hand (no diaper changes required!).
And for those players who love to record their escapades in the Neolithic era, the highly requested LIV recording feature is now available. Making the capture experience smoother and higher quality. Furthermore, plenty of Quest performance enhancements and quality of life improvements continue to refine the Neolithic Dawn experience.
Neolithic Dawn “Baby” Updates:
LIV creator kit - Easily record your gameplay for both Steam and Quest editions
New Tutorial - Play as your original ancestor, protect the baby (you), and navigate a dangerous Ice Cave
UI Updates - Icons and textures are sharper and clearer
Quality of Life - Set custom controller offsets, distance grab items by pressing the trigger rather than flicking the wrist
