Luto Opens the Door to Grief and Terror on July 22nd for PS5, Xbox, and PC

Broken Bird Games and SelectaPlay today revealed that Luto-a first-person psychological horror experience exploring grief, isolation, and a crumbling sense of reality-will launch on July 22, 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. A Special Physical Edition will also be available for PlayStation 5, featuring a sleeved case, exclusive stickers, and a lore comic that delves deeper into the haunting world of Luto.

In Luto, players assume the role of someone unable to leave their own home-trapped by something deeper than walls. Familiar spaces twist into the uncanny, and every step forward challenges the urge to turn back.

A narrative-driven psychological horror experience, Luto invites players to explore a home they can’t escape-where absence lingers in every room, and the search for a way out becomes a journey through fear and uncertainty. With no weapons, no combat, and no easy answers, progression comes from observation, memory, and the courage to keep going.
