Human Fall Flat devs release Tiny Flock VR today!
No Brakes Games, the creators of the best selling physics-based platformer Human: Fall Flat, today launched cosy VR puzzle game Tiny Flock on PCVR and Meta Quest for USD $18.99 / €18.99 / £15.99.
In Tiny Flock, players take on the role of an all-seeing shepherd and guide a flock of wayward sheep through a series of beautiful 3D miniature worlds, built on a custom physics engine. Tomas Sakalauskas, CEO and Co-Founder at No Brakes Games, said
"After the success of Human Fall Flat, and some early VR experiments along the way, we wanted to set ourselves a new challenge, so we thought we’d try something that made use of all of our favorite features from VR, like tactile physics, two-handed interactivity, and the interesting gameplay verbs you get to play around with in the space. With platform evolution, we also pushed hand-tracking and pass-through features to make this a future proof game.Selfishly, I also wanted to make a game my whole family could enjoy. My kid even designed a few puzzles and recorded some voice lines during prototyping.
VR is still a niche platform, but we believe it has huge potential as a creative tool. We wanted to really explore what that toolset could do, and the result is Tiny Flock, with what we think are some truly unique and polished VR mechanics."
