SHUEISHA GAMES Co., Ltd. today announced that the free demo for Chronoscript: The Endless End, an exploration-driven action-adventure from independent development team DeskWorks Inc., is now available on Steam.
In Chronoscript: The Endless End, players are drawn into a mysterious manuscript where the boundaries between its illustrated pages and the world beyond them begin to blur. Trapped inside the manuscript, the protagonist must explore its strange and dangerous landscapes, uncover its secrets, and find a way forward.
The free demo introduces players to the game's distinctive world and exploration-focused gameplay, featuring hand-drawn 2D environments alongside a mysterious 3D-rendered manor. Beginning from the very start of the protagonist's journey, the demo offers a taste of the game's atmospheric exploration, action-packed combat, and enigmatic story, culminating in a challenging boss encounter.
Players who complete the main demo can unlock “Extra: Boss Challenge Battle,” a dedicated combat challenge designed to put their skills to the test.
