Ghetto Zombies will be released this Friday! Check out the content!

Ghetto Zombies Graffiti Squad, developed by Fogo Games and published by Nuntius Games, will launch this Friday, the 16th, on PC via Steam, with a special launch discount. Later this month, the release date for Xbox Series S|X will be announced, where the game will be exclusive as part of the ID@Xbox program, Microsoft’s initiative to support and promote independent games.

The game has also just received a new trailer showcasing its full content and the fast-paced rhythm of its gameplay:

What is Ghetto Zombies: Graffiti Squad?
Inspired by classic top-down action games and featuring a strong urban identity, the game blends co-op action, humor, and a pixel art visual style inspired by the Brazilian outskirts, placing players in control of graffiti heroes who must free the city from zombie hordes while conquering territories by painting murals across the environments. The graffiti conquest system is a core part of progression, unlocking new paths, challenges, and opportunities throughout the map.

The experience is designed to be addictive and challenging, with fast-paced matches, constant progression, and a wide variety of situations. There are 4 playable characters, each with distinct attributes and the ability to switch during gameplay, enabling multiple strategies. The game is divided into 4 chapters, with around ten stages each, always culminating in a boss zombie battle that returns at the end of every chapter with new abilities and transformations.

Plenty of gameplay options
The arsenal is one of the game’s biggest highlights, featuring over 60 different weapons, reaching more than 70 variations when categories and special versions are included. Among them are insane weapons such as ketchup blasters, bubblegum shooters, explosive sprays, and other crazy creations, each with its own mechanics. Players face more than 20 types of zombies, totaling 22 different enemies, with varied attacks, mutations, and behavior patterns, keeping the action constantly unpredictable.

In addition to the main campaign, the game features an infinite training room mode, with random rounds and constant hordes for players who want to sharpen their skills, test builds, and compete for better performance. The upgrade system allows players to enhance hero attributes and abilities, deepening progression and encouraging experimentation with different playstyles. All of this is supported by an original soundtrack inspired by Ghetto culture, further reinforcing the project’s identity.
