First gameplay look at Shelter 3

What’s life like as an elephant in a herd? This brand new gameplay video gives a glimpse into the emotional journey that is Shelter 3, where elephants cross through jungle, desert and grassland to find fresh pasture.

Shelter 3 is a poetic game about life, death and legacy where players must keep their herd safe from danger. What’s more, the matriarch needs to get the herd to an important destination and has chosen you to help them get there.

Players will choose the herd’s path through places from the matriarch’s memories, but they’ll need to choose carefully, for each path has its own shadows. Along the way the herd must be kept alive by finding food, staying clear of predators and protecting the young ones. But being part of a herd has its advantages and you can find safety in numbers at times of great danger by gathering your herd close.

"You'll want to keep your herd close and pay attention to the Matriarch, her wisdom might help you on this endeavour."
- Sofia Papworth, Lead programmer
