DAMON and BABY will launch on March 26, 2026: Arc System Works reveals new details
Arc System Works Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the action adventure game DAMON and BABY will be released for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, & Steam® on March 26, 2026.
Players will experience the heartwarming story of the Demon Lord “Damon” embarking on a quest with a mysterious child to break a curse binding them together. The two must reach the Celestial Realm, but hordes of demons pursue them to snatch away the child.
Building on a foundation of classic gun action-movement, jumping, and shooting-the game introduces the unique “Baby Jump” mechanic to add a layer of deep strategy. By launching the child forward, Damon can instantly warp to that location.
With character designs crafted by Daisuke Ishiwatari (General Director of the GUILTY GEAR series) fusing pop-art and dark fantasy, players will meet a cast of friendly characters bursting with personality. They will also face over 80 different types of enemies, requiring different tactics and weapons to defeat. Players may find cameos of fan-favorite characters from the GUILTY GEAR and BLAZBLUE series!
The vast map hides many items, collectibles, ingredients and weapons for players to discover and use throughout their journey. The game also supports offline co-op for a second player to take control of Damon’s faithful “Dog” companion.
