Convergence Games Showcase returns on 16th July
The Convergence Games Showcase, where your favourite creators and the best new indie games collide, returns on 16th July.
Bringing together top-tier streamers and the finest, hot-off-the-press playthings, we will be championing gaming’s soon-to-be greatest across two hours of indie-game reveals and fun-filled discovery, broadcast live on Twitch and YouTube
Confirmed as hosts again are dynamic duo and Geekenders podcast hosts Dodger and Jesse Cox, with a raft of co-stream talent including LobosJr, Bricky and BaerTaffy joining the worldwide watch party.
Kicking off at 7pm BST (11am PT / 2pm ET / CEST 8pm) on Thursday 16th July, they’ll watch, react, comment on and play the best new games live, all direct from their own channels and with the support of their amazing communities.
From exclusive new trailers to never-before-seen demos and, in a Convergence first, post-show hour-long deep dives, this showcase has all your indie-gaming needs covered.
Since its inception in 2024, Convergence has been the champion for indie games in the industry, celebrating more than 100 titles across three events, with total views and minutes watched more than doubling over that time.
This July, we’re going even bigger, with 70 games to discover from developers and publishers from 29 different countries, in a truly global extravaganza. It covers the full spectrum from solo bedroom devs to established studios, from exclusive reveals to industry stories that demand telling, all demonstrated by real indie-gaming fans.
Plus, we will be giving away 3 x Razer Headset and Controller bundles worth £450 each and more than 600 game keys in our Big Code Giveaway, not to mention launching a full Steam Sale event running for 7 days from the showcase, with exclusive discounts, demos and priority games to wishlist.
And as part of a day-long feast of gaming discovery, we’re rubbing shoulders with Offbrand Games, as their Secret Sauce showcase (6pm BST / 7am PT / 10am ET) makes it more than four hours’ worth of essential gaming viewing.
