Contract Kills Pay The Bills - Get Your Mercenary Crew and Launch Into The Leap Playtest

Video game developer Blue Isle Studios announced a public playtest for its upcoming title LEAP, a twisted team-based, aerial firefight-focused, first-person shooter that is running now. Blue Isle Studios has partnered with Nitrado to host the public playtest, providing the optimal server and gameplay experience for participants.

Players can check out a variety of improvements and updated gameplay features in the latest playtest, including an all-new PVE mode - Special Operations - where mercenaries squad up into teams of four and work together to fight and bring peace back to planet Earth ... Yeah, right - it’s for those contract bonuses! Players will also face off against new enemies including the Specialist, a sneaky snake who likes to hide and is armed with a sniper rifle, and the SpecOps, a group of stealth assassins wielding swords and invisible powers.

In LEAP, players will select from four unique classes, each delivering a unique balance of power, agility and defense as well as epic abilities that bring shock and awe onto their foes. Call in orbital strikes, set up automated turrets, or control guided cruise missiles as each exosuit is armed to the teeth. Large-scale combat takes place on a variety of stages and skilled mercenaries use jetpacks, grappling hooks and highly distinctive Personal Vehicles to close the distance on control points and active firefights. Nothing is more menacing than a LEAP mercenary saddled on a robo-moose galloping at full speed.
