Cave Crave Arrives on SteamVR - December 12, 2025

Game Modes

  • Story Mode - Narrative journey + free-roam option

  • Tourist Mode - Safe, guided exploration

  • Horror Mode - Dark, claustrophobic, and optionally spider-free

  • Arcade Mode - Already on Meta Quest, coming to SteamVR shortly after launch

  • All free updates on Meta Quest will also be available on SteamVR

Explore Nutty Putty Cave in VR
Cave Crave now includes a meticulous VR recreation of Nutty Putty Cave, the infamous Utah cave sealed in 2009. Built using official maps and data from rescuer Brandon Kowallis, this Tourist Mode experience offers a respectful, historically accurate exploration of a location no longer accessible in real life. You can explore it freely-walking, crawling, crouching, climbing-with voice notes guiding you through the cave’s history.
