We at JanduSoft are thrilled to announce our new collaboration with Córdoba-based studio Boomfire Games (Furwind, Cards of the Dead, The Creepy Syndrome) to bring Cards After Midnight to all platforms. This dark roguelike card adventure combines strategy, survival, and deckbuilding in a story where time is against you and a terrible curse seals your fate.
In Cards After Midnight, you play as the seventh son of a seventh son, born into a humble 19th-century farming family. When you reach adulthood, you discover the truth about your bloodline: every night, at midnight, you transform into a werewolf. When the villagers discover your secret, a deadly hunt begins, forcing you to flee through isolated villages, dark forests, abandoned churches, and dangerous roads in search of answers about your origins.
The core gameplay of Cards After Midnight revolves around transforming between your two forms, each with its own abilities and strategies.
Once midnight strikes, you become a savage beast capable of unleashing devastating attacks and using your animal instincts to take down any threat. However, when daylight comes, you return to your human form and must rely on weapons, tools, and, above all, different tactics to survive the hunters, villagers, and dangers lurking along your path.
