ASTROBOTANICA’s First Public Demo Blooms During Steam Next Fest From October 13th to October 19th!
Space Goblin Studio is inviting all explorers, botanists, and curious lifeforms to jump into ASTROBOTANICA, their upcoming science-driven survival adventure, during the October 2025 edition of Steam Next Fest. The game's first public demo will be publicly available between October 13th and October 20th on the game's official Steam page. Following a successful Kickstarter campaign earlier this year, and a jam-packed closed alpha during the summer, ASTROBOTANICA is set to release this winter on Windows PC through Steam.

Space Goblin is preparing to share major news and a brand new trailer during the event! IGN Fan Fest is put together by IGN and features dozens of exclusive game trailers, interviews with celebrities, and exclusive clips and reveals across games, movies, TV, and more. The digital showcase begins at 9am PT on October 15th, 2025.
ASTROBOTANICA is built around botany, horticulture, and exploration. You play as an alien biologist who crash-lands on prehistoric Earth and has to survive by experimenting with plants (all flora is inspired by real-world species and their properties), exploring different biomes, solving puzzles, and interacting with primal humans in the Pleistocene epoch.
