PUBG Mobile update 1.5 arrives with new Erangel map, Tesla partnership and more
The new Version 1.5 update to one of the world’s most popular mobile games introduces Mission Ignition, with a total overhaul of the Erangel map, in-game Teslas and a new Royale Pass system. Key features include:
Mission Ignition NEW Erangel map: Erangel’s six main districts including Pochinki, Georgopol, School, Military Base, Yasnaya Polyana and Mylta Power undergo a comprehensive technological transformation by the energy tech fictional company DynaHex.
Tesla Collaboration: Tesla has built several Gigafactories on Erangel to produce classic models of its cars. Players can start the assembly line to produce a Model Y and drive it out of the factory. The Tesla Semi will also spawn randomly in Erangel.
All-new Season: Cycle 1-Season 1 & Royale Pass changes into Royale Pass Month.
Classic Mode content updates and basic feature improvements include new weapons, throwable consumables and victory snaps with the Chicken Dinner statue.
Other updates include new All-Talent Championship titles and regional rankings, Security Zone update and a new Clan Clash mode.
