Phasmophobia’s Crimson Eye Rises Again With a Spooktacular Halloween Haunt

Kinetic Games is pleased to announce the return of Phasmophobia’s annual Halloween event, The Crimson Eye. From October 9 to October 31, brave Ghost Hunters can expect fang-tastic frights, boo-sted rewards, and bone-chilling challenges under the rise of the Blood Moon.

Key Features of the Crimson Eye Event:

  • Blood Moon Weather: Guaranteed on rotating maps daily, increasing ghost speed and sanity drain, but also rewarding players with higher payouts.

  • Event Maps: Tanglewood Drive, Camp Woodwind, Grafton Farmhouse, Bleasdale Farmhouse, Point Hope, Edgefield Road, and Willow Street.

  • Rewards:

    • Community Goals: Earn the Child of the Cult ID Card & Badge, and the Blood Moon Trophy.

    • Personal Goals: Unlock the animated Child of the Cult ID Card and upgrades to the Crimson Eye Trophy.

    • 10% Bonus Rewards: The higher the risk, the higher the reward. All investigations completed during Blood Moon weather grant boosted rewards.

Players can get a sneak-peek at this year’s Crimson Eye event before it kicks off in-game by tuning in to official Kinetic Games Partner streams which will be offering an early look at the event starting 8th October.

Phasmophobia will also be heading to TwitchCon San Diego. Players can head to Booth #4818 in the Indie Zone to commune with the Blood Moon IRL or check-out the streaming area which will host special guests who will be offering exclusive Twitch Drop.

The ‘Crimson Eye’ event is available from October 9 to October 31 for players on all platforms, including PC via Steam, PS5, PS VR2 and Xbox Series X|S.
