Infold Games' Love and Deepspace Wins Best Mobile Game at Gamescom, Making History as the First Romance Game to Receive the Honor

Love and Deepspace, a hyper-realistic 3D immersive interactive romance mobile game developed by Infold Games, has won the Best Mobile Game Award at Gamescom 2025 in Cologne. This marks the first time a romance game has ever received this prestigious honor, signaling that the genre's impact is now formally recognized by one of the world's most prominent gaming awards and highlighting the immense potential of female-focused games in the industry.

At the award ceremony, Love and Deepspace's producer Lizi expressed that, as a romance game from China, the team feels both pleasantly surprised and deeply proud to receive this honor.

"Today is truly a momentous day for us. The list of nominees included many outstanding Chinese games, and being recognized alongside them, showing the world the creative strength of Chinese games, is an honor in itself."

Love and Deepspace officially launched in 2024 as the second installment in Infold Games' Mr. Love series. The game creatively combines a first-person perspective with 3D modeling, delivering a fresh and immersive companion experience through cinematic-level storytelling and interactive gameplay.

Since its release, Love and Deepspace has consistently demonstrated strong market performance and become a global phenomenon. During its pre-download phase, it topped the App Store charts in multiple regions, and within just three days of release, global downloads exceeded 10 million. At Gamescom, the Love and Deepspace development team told the media that, to date, the game has attracted over 70 million players worldwide. According to Sensor Tower, Love and Deepspace achieved record-high global revenue in July 2025, with overseas revenue surging 48% month over month, earning it a spot among the top ten Chinese mobile games by overseas revenue for that month.
