RENNSPORT gets new features with its first beta update

The first major update is coming to RENNSPORT. Teased during this years RENNSPORT Summit in June, the game will contain new features for improved gameplay, a new racetrack as well as a brand new car.

By popular demand from the sim racing community to include cars beyond the GT3 series, RENNSPORT publisher Competition Company presents the first car from a different category: The Praga R1. The high-performance single-seater will be a perfect addition to the already decorated lineup of race cars in RENNSPORT.

The newly added track is a special one, it does not resemble an official race track but simply the shape of the number '8'. The track titled 8ETA was born out of a meme: In the community it was suspected that only 8 access keys were distributed for each key drop. 8ETA brings variety and a new challenge to the game with its tight corners and unique shape.

With the new beta update, the game also receives numerous new features that make RENNSPORT even more realistic. Among others, revised engine sounds, more detailed animations and new vehicle algorithms will improve the gameplay. Further, actions during the race, including collisions, will now affect the performance of the race cars, adding a new strategic element to the gameplay.

With over 50,000 people on the waiting list, RENNSPORT has reached another milestone. The game remains in the development process while players with access to the Closed Beta provide valuable feedback.
