Merge Games Booking Appointments for GDC Showcase
With GDC just around the corner, Merge Games have announced that they will be hosting a 2022 Showcase in San Francisco during the show from 21 - 24 March at the Intercontinental Hotel, a short hop from the Moscone Center, and would like to invite you to join them to see three of their upcoming titles.
This will be the first time these titles will be shown so this will be an excellent opportunity to be among the first to get some hands-on time before preview code is available. All the builds on show will be on PC, but reflect the content and gameplay experience across all formats.
SunnySide
SunnySide is a narrative-driven farming and life sim, with elements of combat and exploration sprinkled in. You’ve just purchased your first plot of land in an aging post town in the heart of the Japanese countryside. Now it's up to you to create a homestead to be proud of. Build your new life and modernize your farming experience with new technology, grow crops, care for livestock and utilize technology to tend to your farm for you. Time of Frog Island
Time on Frog Island is an exciting new sandbox puzzle adventure game where a sailor is shipwrecked on a strange island after a terrible storm and he awakes to find his boat in ruins. Clutching his precious potted plant, the sea dog goes about trying to fix his boat and find his way home. However, the peculiar frog-like locals don’t speak his language and they aren’t about to give up the items he needs without something in exchange! A spaghetti network of trades will take him all over this strange island as he seeks out materials to fix his boat. Meet a cast of friendly characters, solve head-scratching puzzles, find hidden treasures, and much more as you explore this toadally awesome island sandbox adventure. Merge Games will be announcing a brand new tower defense / twin stick shooter with a difference on 22nd March. The team will have the very first playable build available at their hotel presentation so don't delay and book your meeting space as you don’t want to miss this!
