Liberated selected for Steam Game Festival: Spring Edition. Playable demo now available

Liberated, an action-adventure game about revolution in a cyberpunk world, has been selected for the Spring Edition of Steam Game Festival. A new, exclusive playable demo will be available to download for free between March 18th, 10 AM PDT - March 23th 10 AM PDT.

Download this limited-time demo directly from Liberated’s Steam page

The demo was originally created for GDC and EGX London, now canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. It’s focused on action scenes from the first two chapters of the game. To avoid spoilers, we removed many story-related panels of our playable comic.

Please note that Liberated is best when played with a gamepad. The available language versions are English, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese. Since the game is work-in-progress, on rare occasions you may encounter glitches. Rest assured we’ll iron them out before release.

We hope that gamers, content creators and media outlets find this brush with Liberated intriguing, and dive into our noir cyberpunk world when the full version hits the shelves. We would love to talk to you about the game, and we’ll be more than happy to send you the review code.

Liberated is an action-adventure that unfolds across the pages of a comic book. It seamlessly merges the art of graphic novels with interactivity and side-scrolling action. Set in a plausible future where technology empowers control over the people, this is not a simple tale of good versus evil. You must witness what transpires from many perspectives to parse the truth.

Liberated is coming to Nintendo Switch in Q2 2020, with the PC version to follow soon after.
