HyperX knackt 60-Millionen-Marke bei Speichermodulen

HyperX, die Gaming Sparte der Kingston Technology Company, Inc., gab bekannt, dass sie seit ihrer Gründung im Jahr 2002 über 60 Millionen Speichermodule ausgeliefert hat. Seit der Markteinführung von HyperX vor 16 Jahren hat das Unternehmen seine Produktlinie und Marktabdeckung zunehmend erweitert und ist stetig zum größten unabhängigen Hersteller von Gaming-Speichermodulen und Leistungsführer herangewachsen.

Mit diesem wichtigen Meilenstein und dem Umsatzwachstum bei Headsets, Tastaturen und Mäusen wird HyperX im Jahr 2018 voraussichtlich über 550 Millionen US-Dollar Umsatz mit Markenprodukten erzielen.

- Memory module speeds increased 12 times - from 333MHz to 4.133GHz

- Price per 1Gb decreased in cost 38 times, from $37.66 to $0.98 (ASP - Average Selling Price)

- Memory architecture advanced four times - from DDR1 through DDR4

Other milestones and accomplishments by HyperX:
