FarmVille 2: Tropic Escape: Let There be Dark! First-Ever Night Treasures Event Starts Today!

Zynga Inc. a global leader in interactive entertainment, today kicks off a new FarmVille 2: Tropic Escape in-game Night Treasures event called The Fallen Trireme. The first event of its kind, players will experience an underwater shipwreck, brand-new characters and stunning new artwork. The 12-day event begins December 9th, 2020 ending on December 21st, 2020.

The island is visited once again by Ed Walker, a treasure hunter who’s been studying and chasing precious artifacts of a long-lost empire -- The Kingdom of Lumeria. Some of their treasure was previously discovered in a hidden cavern on our island. Now, Ed is back to explore the wreck of a royal Lumerian ship that was caught in the crossfires of a long-forgotten naval war. Ed and his crew are experts at exploring, but they’ll need help to discover all the secrets of this lost kingdom.

In this new event, players will explore an underwater shipwreck where they can search for unique keys to open various treasure chests that belonged to the lost Kingdom of Lumeria. With the island’s day and night cycles, players will have access to new crops and trees that can be harvested only at night while the island is bathed in a soft moonlit glow!

Escape to an island filled with adventure, mystery and fun new mini-games in this colorful free-to-play game from the makers of FarmVille - one of the most beloved farming franchises!
